New Bnei Menashe immigrants getting vaccinated for coronavirus too

As new immigrants to the country, the 257 Bnei Menashe who are at our absorption center at Nordiya (near Netanya) are actively involved in many things such as learning Hebrew, doing their formal conversion to Judaism, and preparing for their new lives in Israel.

As they made aliya during this most unusual time of the coronavirus pandemic, they, like any other Israeli, are eligible according to the Ministry of Health guidelines to receive the new vaccinations for the novel coronavirus. This week those eligible received their first doses and are proud to share that they are among the more than 10% of the country who have received the vaccines!

May we speedily see an end to the pandemic.
